No Special Occasion Permit is required if you are using Masters Buffeteria services for food and alcohol - the event will be covered by Maters Buffeteria catering license. However, if you or an alternative caterer will be serving alcohol berverages, an LCBO permit is mandatory.

A Sale Special Occasion Permit is required when money is collected directly for beverage alcohol.

Please note: The person/organization, renting/using the Tartu Hall (or other Tartu rooms), will be held financially responsible for costs to replace any lost or broken items, or for any damages caused to the Hall or other Tartu facilities during their usage.
